You can use the material that is taught every single day to not only develop your relationship with your spouse but also to stay in close communion with God. This program prunes you and fosters a discipleship mentality where you become a blessing to your spouse no matter the circumstance. The feature I liked best was the weekly group coaching. Group sessions are held on Thursdays at 8 pm ET (America/New_York timezone). If there is demand, additional sessions may be added at alternate times.
I want to accommodate folks in all timezones, but I am not able to guarantee regular meetings outside of my normal working hours.
If there is a lot of demand for alternate times, I’m open to discussion with the community to see if we can work something out.
In the meantime, the best option if you can’t join live is to submit questions in advance and watch the recorded reply when it’s convenient.
Not too many. If sessions get overcrowded I will happily add meeting times to accommodate demand. My intention is to keep meetings to 60 minutes or so.
Yes! I have a road map and a 90 days daily schedule that you can follow. However, during the live coaching sessions, the format is unstructured Q&A and community discussion.
Your payment grants you and your spouse access to the membership. However at this time we are unable to add your spouse automatically. Therefore you will get an email within a few days of registration with details about getting your spouse the required access.
Yes. I’ll keep answering as long as it takes to get through everyone’s questions. If sessions are regularly going over 60 minutes, I’ll add sessions to accommodate demand.
No. There will be other people joining you live on the session and many more will potentially view the recording later. If you need to share private information with me, my 1-on-1 coaching calls or private coaching program are better options.
Group coaching is not private and you have to wait up to one week each time you are in need of my input. My coaching program is private, gives you unlimited 24/7 access to me via voxer, email, and phone, and requires a 12 months minimum commitment.
No. This is a membership, like a gym (but for your marriage). It doesn’t have a start or end date.

Ade Sobanjo is a Pastor who has been leading a network of churches since 2005. He has been married to his college sweetheart Olu since 2004.
He is an Enginneer by training, but his love for God led him to respond to God's call to ministry. In his desire to raise a generation of people that love God and make disciple for Jesus, he discovered that too many believers were stuck in their marriages.
Ade decided to prayerfully package all the lessons he has learnt from his marriage of almost 20 years and that of several couples that he has helped in over 20 years of pastoral ministry into a comprehensive roadmap that any christian can follow to move their marriage to the next level of joy and peace. He called this roadmap and training the Love Workout Method.
The Love Workout Method has been used to help many couples around the world. Ade sends daily tips to a list of over 3000 believers who continue to benefit from his wealth of wisdom and grace.
