  1. Good Morning Pastor Ade,
Thank you for recording this podcast, it is a blessing to me.
I would have love to hear more about the time and process of your transition from bivo to full time minister…may be in the next one 🙂
May God strengthens you to continu these podcasts in Jesus name.

    1. Thanks Alice for listening and taking the time to respond. I took a break but I plan on coming back next month by the grace of God.

  2. Pastor, me again 🙂
I forgot, I also had a question about success measurements or evaluation:
It is easy to measure success in number in secular or ministry realm but how do we measure success in terms of quality? You mentioned discipleship..for example so can we say we succeeded when the people we disciple now disciple others? How are we supposed to measure that? When and how often (I am conscious there is no recipes) what would you recommend and if you have scriptures to share they are welcome. Thank you so much Pastor. Blessings

    1. Hi Alice,

As ministers we measure both the numbers and the quality. We do both together by taking the numbers at each level of achievable results. In Acts of the apostles we are told that 3000 people were added to the church.

This shows us that we should take note of
the number of people we have had a meaningful connection with
the number we are praying consistently for,
the number of people we have have a spiritual discussion with,
the number of people we have presented the gospel to,
      the number that received Jesus,
the number that got water baptized,
the number that are reaching out,
the number that are discipling other believers.

The numbers reduce a lot as you go down the list.

I have discovered over time that if the numbers at the top is very low, the number at the bottom will be zero for many years. Also if the numbers at the top are very high but the number at the bottom is low, I need to check if my life is really properly reflecting Jesus.

Thanks again Alice. I hope this helps
